Manager, AI & Analytics

About this role 
The Manager, AI & Analytics will lead a team of intermediate to experienced Data Science & Analytics professionals, setting objectives. Manages industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitoring current/potential customer trends 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts. 

• Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business goals. 

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and ML models. 

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions. 

• Ensure best practices in AI development, data governance, and model monitoring. 

• Stay updated with AI trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements. 

• Manage AI project roadmaps, budgets, and timelines. 

• Communicate AI insights and solutions to stakeholders and executives. 

• Manages the design and support of enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and architecture. 

• Manages the development of standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of business intelligence tools and systems. 

• Defines and executes useful analyses to solve problems. Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that add value to the user. 

• Creates testing methodologies and criteria. Develops data/information quality metrics. 

• Researches new technologies and develops business cases to support their use. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree 

• 3 + years of experience in AI/ ML development 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience 

• Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area. 

• Has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
