  • Ensure each visit aligns with school needs and Carrier’s program objectives (guest lectures, info sessions, lab demos, etc.).
  • Track participation in advisory boards, career fairs, job fairs, and other school-driven events.

Tracking & Accountability

  • Maintain detailed records of commitments made to each partner school, including frequency of visits, event participation, donations, and training support.
  • Develop simple reporting tools or dashboards to track progress against commitments.
  • Drive accountability with local Carrier offices to ensure timely follow-through and consistent engagement.

Partnership Sustainability

  • Support the development of long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with HVAC/R programs.
  • Coordinate equipment, software, and training material donations in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing scholarship opportunities and other student-focused initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from schools and internal teams to continuously refine the program.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Work closely with regional leaders, service managers, HR, and technical training teams to align partnership activities with workforce development goals.
  • Prepare communication materials, visit summaries, and program updates for leadership.
  • Represent Carrier professionally in interactions with educators, administrators, and students.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, community engagement, workforce development, or education partnerships.
  • 3+ years of experience with project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple commitments across regions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and driving accountability without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with HVAC/R industry or technical education environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM or tracking systems, and basic reporting.
  • Consistent delivery of Carrier’s commitments to partner schools.
  • High engagement and satisfaction from both school partners and local Carrier offices.
  • Clear, reliable tracking of activities, outcomes, and program impact.
  • Growth in student awareness of Carrier career pathways and increased talent pipeline strength.
  • Sustainable, repeatable processes that support long-term partnership expansion.
