External Description:

Role Purpose

Support project managers in planning, organizing, and executing initiatives across the organization. This role helps maintain project momentum by assisting with coordination, documentation, communication, and tracking. The intern gains hands‑on experience with real project workflows while contributing meaningful operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination — Support scheduling, meeting preparation, agenda creation, and follow‑up tracking to keep project activities aligned.

  • Documentation Support — Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

  • Task & Workflow Tracking — Update project management tools with progress, deadlines, and dependencies.

  • Data & Reporting — Gather project metrics, prepare dashboards, and help identify risks or delays.

  • Process Improvement — Suggest enhancements to workflows, documentation, or team processes.

  • Research & Analysis — Conduct research on tools, best practices, or project‑related topics to support decision‑making.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be currently pursuing Bachelor's degree Project Management, Business Administration or any Engineering field.

  • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Organizational Skills — Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills — Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to summarize information concisely.

  • Technical Proficiency — Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and interest in learning project management software.

  • Analytical Thinking — Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem‑solving.

  • Team Collaboration — Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Professionalism & Initiative — Demonstrated reliability, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
