External Description:

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Supply PO Placement, interface with Delivery Assurance, ensure receipt and availability within Aftermarket Spares Inventory

  • Data Center Customer Spares PO Entry, Fulfillment, & Invoicing Execution

  • Maintain Data Center Provisioning Readiness Dashboards

  • DC Customer Aftermarket Preparedness

  • Customer Safety Level mgmt. and updates

  • Ensure replenishment process is functioning effectively

  • Prioritize escalation and efforts across supplier management

  • Highlight risk based on current inventory levels

  • Material Master Integrity Maintenance

  • Ensure timely fulfillment of Service Field Demand to support customer service levels

  • KPI Monitoring, RRCA

  • Review field demand for emerging issues and implications to current inventory forecasting

  • Support Warranty, Start-Up, & Service Level execution

  • Monitor & Coordinate Aftermarket Spare demand execution & Service Level compliance

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or GED) with 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, forecasting, pricing, and gross margin calculation. OR Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, forecasting, pricing, and gross margin calculation.

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with SAP, WindChill, SalesForce, and Business Intelligence systems is desired.  

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with a cross-functional team.   

  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-initiative, and sense of ownership 

  • Willingness to learn and flexible approach

  • Highly organized with attention to detail. 

  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. 

  • Excellent follow through skills. 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Alert, dependable, and safety-focused.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments.

  • Knowledge of parts and materials required for production operations.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions in support of a process-oriented operation.
