Carrier is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Manager, Cyber Intelligence Program to lead and mature the Cyber Intelligence function within the Cyber Fusion Center (CFC). This individual contributor role serves as the program manager for enterprise cyber intelligence, responsible for establishing strategy, priorities, processes, partnerships, and capabilities that enable intelligence-driven risk reduction across the organization.
The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end intelligence lifecycle, ensuring intelligence activities align to business priorities, support operational decision-making, and deliver measurable security outcomes. This role will leverage artificial intelligence (AI), automation, advanced analytics, and intelligence tradecraft to modernize intelligence operations, improve efficiency, and accelerate the delivery of actionable intelligence products to stakeholders across the enterprise.
The role acts as the primary liaison between intelligence analysts, security operations, incident response, insider risk, exposure management, engineering teams, business stakeholders, executive leadership, and external intelligence-sharing partners.
This position must be based in the United States and requires U.S. citizenship to support intelligence coordination and investigative activities with U.S. Government partners.
Key Responsibilities
Cyber Intelligence Program Leadership
- Serve as the program manager for Carrier's Cyber Intelligence function, responsible for program strategy, operating model, governance, priorities, roadmaps, and performance metrics
- Develop and maintain the intelligence program vision, objectives, processes, standards, and service offerings
- Establish intelligence requirements and collection priorities aligned to enterprise risks, business objectives, emerging threats, and executive priorities
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and intelligence outcomes to demonstrate program effectiveness and business value
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across Security Operations, Incident Response, Insider Risk, Exposure Management, Product Security, Engineering, Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Security, and business leadership
- Lead intelligence planning activities and ensure intelligence resources are focused on the highest-value threats, risks, and investigative priorities
AI-Enabled Intelligence Innovation
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities that improve intelligence collection, analysis, enrichment, reporting, and knowledge management
- Identify opportunities to leverage large language models (LLMs), machine learning, automation, and analytics to increase intelligence production quality, speed, and scale
- Partner with technology teams to evaluate, pilot, and operationalize AI capabilities that enhance intelligence workflows and analyst effectiveness
- Develop repeatable AI-assisted methodologies for intelligence research, threat monitoring, reporting, executive briefings, and risk analysis
- Establish governance and quality controls for AI-generated intelligence products to ensure analytical rigor, accuracy, and reliability
- Measure and communicate the operational impact and business value of AI-driven intelligence capabilities
Intelligence Product Management
- Oversee the development and delivery of tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence products for technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Establish intelligence product standards, templates, review processes, and publishing procedure
- Ensure intelligence products provide actionable guidance that supports threat detection, incident response, vulnerability prioritization, exposure reduction, and strategic decision-making
- Manage intelligence intake, prioritization, production schedules, stakeholder requirements, and product dissemination processes
Threat Intelligence & Intelligence Operations
- Direct intelligence collection and analysis efforts across open-source, commercial, government, and industry intelligence sources
- Monitor emerging cyber threats, adversary campaigns, geopolitical developments, and technology trends relevant to Carrier's operating environment
- Support threat assessments, cyber investigations, insider risk investigations, threat hunting initiatives, and incident response activities through intelligence-driven analysis
- Coordinate intelligence support for major incidents, executive risk assessments, and enterprise security initiatives
External Partnerships & Collaboration
- Serve as a primary intelligence liaison with U.S. Government agencies, Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs), cybersecurity consortiums, and trusted industry partners
- Facilitate information sharing, intelligence exchanges, and collaborative investigations where appropriate
- Represent Carrier's Cyber Intelligence Program in external forums, intelligence working groups, and strategic partnership engagements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, intelligence analysis, cybersecurity operations, incident response, cyber investigations
- 3+ years of experience leading programs, initiatives, or large-scale projects within cybersecurity or intelligence functions.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to coordinate with U.S. Government partners as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing intelligence products, intelligence processes, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Experience building or managing a cyber threat intelligence program.
- Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, automation, or large language models (LLMs) to improve intelligence operations or cybersecurity outcomes.
- Knowledge of the intelligence lifecycle, structured analytic techniques, and intelligence-driven defense methodologies.
- Experience briefing executive leadership and translating complex technical findings into business-focused risk narratives.
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, cyber threat intelligence platforms, security information and event management (SIEM) tools, exposure management platforms, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) technologies.
- Experience supporting insider risk, threat hunting, incident response, digital investigations, or counterintelligence activities.
- Relevant certifications such as GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI), CISSP, CISM, PMP, Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA), or comparable credentials.
