Responsibilities

  • Use subject matter expertise and intuitive problem-solving skills to understand and articulate business needs into functionality in sales platforms and tools, such as CRM and CPQ

  • Develop global standard solutions/platforms to be deployed in regional businesses

  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements, consult with other departments/function personnel, and identify areas for the development of technical solutions to integrate, automate and improve sales processes for the extended sales organization

  • Partner with the regional businesses, Sales Operations, and Digital Technology functions on business requirements, business process review, solution design, testing, and project management

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements

  • Maintain functional specifications, system design specifications, and other technical documentation

  • Support and assist business users during UAT

  • Monitor user adoption rates and leverage Sales Operations and Sales team members

  • Manage system/platform governance processes and adherence to guidelines between internal business units and systems

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 5+ years of hands-on and in-depth experience with the administration and development of sales platforms and systems

  • Salesforce.com Certification, preferably Platform Developer 1 or above or Sales Administration Level 2 or above

  • Proven experience working on business intelligence systems

  • Strong understanding of Sales processes and the ability to pair effective and efficient technology solutions

  • Analytical and detailed oriented, strong project management and roadmap skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate with and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Experience in Global role preferred
