RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
- Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.
- Tube insertion, wiring of the control board to the unit and preparing it for shipping
- Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.
- Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.
- High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety.
- Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.
- Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.
TYPICAL EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to assemble components using various hand and power tools according to specifications.
- Ability to read blueprints and/or standard work instructions.
- Solid mechanical background required.
- Ability to read blueprints, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments.
- One-year experience in manufacturing assembly.
- Good communication skills relative to supervisor and other related departments.
- Ability to operate various shop tools including power and manually operated wrenches.
