We are seeking an established Sales Associate. The Business Development Specialist will complete sales objectives ensuring compliance with sales policies to provide sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sale of residential products, market growth and business development

  • Develop and influence channel growth strategies with distributor customers to increase market share and improve customer relations

  • Assist and facilitate in pricing requests to ensure products are competitively priced in the market and align with channel strategy

  • Responsible for forecasting distributor programs, budgets and sales

  • Helping the team deliver an efficient customer experience in a detailed manner through the implementation of process improvement/operational agility initiatives

  • Passion for servicing customers. Ability to listen to customer needs and quickly act to solve their problems, go above and beyond to exceed their expectations

  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally

  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical, and conflict/issue resolution skills

  • Communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities

  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1+ years of sales, product management, or marketing experience

  • Valid Driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • HVAC industry experience

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, with superior follow-up and follow-through skills

  • Ability to learn quickly; apply and extrapolate to other functional areas and adapt to changing business priorities

  • Team oriented perspective; able to work well & contribute with other points of view

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
