We are seeking an established Sales Associate. The Business Development Specialist will complete sales objectives ensuring compliance with sales policies to provide sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sale of residential products, market growth and business development
Develop and influence channel growth strategies with distributor customers to increase market share and improve customer relations
Assist and facilitate in pricing requests to ensure products are competitively priced in the market and align with channel strategy
Responsible for forecasting distributor programs, budgets and sales
Helping the team deliver an efficient customer experience in a detailed manner through the implementation of process improvement/operational agility initiatives
Passion for servicing customers. Ability to listen to customer needs and quickly act to solve their problems, go above and beyond to exceed their expectations
Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
Outstanding problem solving, analytical, and conflict/issue resolution skills
Communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities
Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of sales, product management, or marketing experience
Valid Driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
HVAC industry experience
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, with superior follow-up and follow-through skills
Ability to learn quickly; apply and extrapolate to other functional areas and adapt to changing business priorities
Team oriented perspective; able to work well & contribute with other points of view
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
