Key Responsibilities:
- Works under immediate supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.
- Assists with obtaining customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased.
- Assists with answering basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.
- Assists with resolving basic customers' service or billing complaints.
- Assists with keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience using JDE
- 1+ years of Account Management experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook
- Experience effectively managing and responding to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to analyze and make decisions based on company policies
- Ability to prioritize and manage work load
- Ability to work independently or with a team
