North America Commercial HVAC Parts Growth Leader

This position is a remote role in North America, the ideal candidate will be located in Charlotte, NC.

Carrier is a leading provider of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, building controls, and fire /security systems leading to safer, smarter, sustainable, and high-performance buildings.

Carrier Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager in Growth Team to lead aftermarket PARTS sales growth.  This includes the sales and marketing of CHVAC parts sales to Carrier Commercial Services, International and domestic customers.   The leader will work with RC’s existing team to drive growth in CHVAC business.  This role is based in Charlotte US and will report to NAFS Growth Leader and working closely with Global Parts Program Managers.

The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assuming a leadership role for growing North America CHVAC parts capture through strategic sales and marketing actions.
  • Define and drive growth initiatives like CHVAC product gap assessment, product management, NPI.
  • Develop channel management programs – customer development & engagement for CHVAC parts.
  • Manage pricing for CHVAC parts to optimize the pricing and create global price parity using various pricing tools viz. Price Elasticity, segment pricing and other strategic pricing actions.
  • Manage marketing activities for CHVAC parts – parts catalogue, training, promotions etc
  • Create a strategic focus for CHVAC parts in doubling revenue in 5 years.
  • Create Executive-Level Dashboards to report overall Program Health.
  • Update and summarize monthly business performance and GTM activities and movements
  • Identify regional/zones best practices and promote scalable adoptions across the region

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of Aftermarket Parts Sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead and work in cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 25% on occasion
