About this role

Experienced professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Supply Chain Management. May mange moderately sized projects for supply chain management. Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on Supply Chain strategies and operational goals. Responsible for making significant improvements to supply chain management processes and systems. Works to influence other functions/vendors to support Supply Chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Product Owner and business lead on RC ERP transformation responsible for

-Setting and realizing project vision

-Prioritizing project backlog

-Communication of project status to leadership through regular Steering Committee meetings and other ad hoc channels as necessary

-Driving consensus and documentation of Key Decisions

-Ensuring completion of necessary tasks and managing project timeline

-Achieving go-live schedule

-Escalation of roadblocks as needed

-Working with Carrier IT Center of Excellence and external consultants

-Post implementation prioritization of issue resolution and/or enhancements

Lead the strategy development and execution of operations initiatives aimed at optimizing the North American parts business.  Projects will include but not be limited to:

-SIOP optimization

-Warehouse productivity improvements

-Supplier warranty recovery optimization

-Packaging improvements

-Operational footprint / capability enhancements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years within operations, supply chain, program product management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Experience
  • MBA
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • HVAC market and product knowledge desired.
  • Strong communication skills (high level presentations to executives and distributors/customers)
  • Experience in a complex, multiple function programs and demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Ability to manage in a matrix environment, working cross functionally to achieve higher level goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for budgeting cycles and capital appropriations
  • Facilitation, Negotiation & Problem Resolution Skills: Ability to build a strong network and relationships at executive levels with technology and solutions, customers, and vendor groups
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Sense of urgency, self-motivated, commitment, and sense of ownership is a must
