LenelS2 Custom Solutions:
LenelS2’s Custom Solutions Team develops custom software that extends the OnGuard access control platform. These applications are critical to the security operations of customers including Fortune 100 firms, financial institutions, universities, and government facilities.
Position Purpose:
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity to build your technical skills, join us as a Service Consultant and provide deployment assistance and technical support via telephone and email to LenelS2 Custom Solutions customers. The purpose of this role is to work with customers to ensure that custom software is deployed successfully and meets requirements, as well as testing customer solutions for compatibility with OnGuard system upgrades.
Essential Job Functions:
- Act as the point of contact for Custom Solutions project customers
- Plan, schedule and remotely deploy software solutions with customers.
- Assist customers with testing and troubleshooting of custom software solutions.
- Triage support cases for resolution or escalation for software solutions developed by the Custom Solutions team.
- Utilize internal tools to document project information.
- Work with management to dynamically adjust priorities to provide the best possible service levels while maintaining and improving established service levels.
- Occasionally deployments will happen after normal working hours.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate degree in computer science or related field to IT.
- 1+ years of customer facing experience.
- 1+ years of experience with MS SQL Server databases or C# programming.
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):
- Experience working with Microsoft operating systems (Windows OS).
- Experience testing and supporting software installations.
- Exceptional follow through.
- Customer service orientation, ability to develop strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate/collaborate well with customers, peers, management, and other departments
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

- Experience in Access Control, Video, Intrusion, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts.
Additional information:
- This position may require occasional travel up to 5%; typically, individual trips of short duration (3-5 days). International travel is possible.
