About this role
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented Program Operations Manager in our Commercial Real Estate Team. As the Program Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading The Preferred Partner Program. This includes ongoing program communication and coordination, developing/defining baseline key performance metrics, and schedules, to our program partners.
This role may sit anywhere in the US, preference given to candidates that sit in Syracuse, NY.
Key Responsibilities
Leads programmatic light commercial replacement turnkey programs
Manages relationships with multiple program managers and install partners
Track order and shipment information for multiple programs
Support annual strategic planning efforts for program
Guides continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency
Identifies and reacts to program problems and supports solutions
Supports the development of new business growth strategies
Coordinates responses to customer action items
Leverage existing Commercial Real Estate relationships for new business development
Track project activity
Proactively supports and develops prospective projects with assigned customers and presents to sales business development team.
Champion personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
Develops customer presentations for specific customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with both external customers and across functional team of sales, engineering, manufacturing & marketing associates
Analytical thinking to strategically identify and target high potential growth opportunities
Technical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems design
Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication and sense of ownership
Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to prioritize
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal customers
Unwavering customer service orientation
Working Knowledge of Sales Force (salesforce.com)
