About This Role
Experienced Treasury Controls professional, overseeing Treasury processes, including cash flow, borrowing, debt, and capital management. Responsible for preparing financial forecasts and monitoring to provide recommendations on cash and risk management.
This position will provide you with the unique opportunity to work with multiple global corporate functions, including treasury, finance, accounting, digital, and business controls. The role is expected to support the business controls for the corporate treasury. As a leader in the treasury team, this role will also support Treasury activities and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for corporate treasury controls and process management including:
Coordination of annual corporate controls validation and testing cycles
Executing quarterly certifications with executive leadership
Supporting corporate treasury operations team members with standard work development by confirming the embedded references to the related business and corporate controls
Leading system implementation controls in collaboration with business controls and digital
Supporting treasury operations with implementing new or updated system controls by providing guidance, documenting changes, and gaining approval for controls changes
Leading external and internal audit support
Manages processes supporting Treasury operations, including cash flow, borrowing, debt, and capital management
Prepares cash flow forecasts and performs financial modeling to provide recommendations on risk management
Manages Treasury procedures and policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Manages bank account processes and monitors fees and relationship services
Reconciles, evaluates, and improves foreign exchange, inter-company loan and cross border settlement processes
Analyzes claims and loss control activities and monitors cash flow procedures to ensure smooth management of cash funds
Leads medium to large-scale projects for the treasury discipline
Required Qualifications:
BS in Accounting and/or Finance with 7+ years’ audit, controls, financial and/or treasury experience
OR an Advanced degree in Accounting and/or Finance and 5+ years’ experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA (Master of Business Administration) preferred
Experience in digital system implementations
Direct experience with treasury processes, banking, and financial systems is helpful specifically SAP, Kyriba, CoProcess, Finastra, and Microsoft products.
