About this role

Reporting to the Residential NPI Supply Chain Leader, this position will execute sourcing and procurement activities, to support production launches for new programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving supply chain objectives needed to meet program launch milestones
  • Consistently engaging with suppliers across various categories to align on production needs and timelines.
  • Validating and consolidating manufacturing sites’ production requirements for new programs
  • Assisting manufacturing sites with production launch activities including RFQs, supplier readiness communications and capacity analyses associated with new programs.
  • Highlighting developing trends that could hinder or accelerate projects.
  • Supporting the development and deployment of automated tools and dashboards for supply chain leaders and sites

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in supply chain in a manufacturing or operations environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge/understanding of the Residential HVAC product industry or ability to learn expeditiously.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Quantitative spreadsheet analysis of material cost and financial data
  • Highly energetic and success-driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • ​Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access
  • Power BI or similar data analytics
  • PLM, preferably Windchill, is a benefit.
