We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented student to join our team for the summer of 2024. The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As a Client Services Intern, you will gain experience including, but not limited to, activities and tasks listed below:
- Support customer feedback loop initiative and design projects on Sensitech Net Promoter Score
- Analyze, design, and execute projects to support department initiatives on process improvements
- Perform an audit on Client Services related controlled procedures and processes
- Maintain Customer Account Set-Up & Management relating to:
- Customer Relationship Management & ERP database maintenance
- Coordinate with Sales and customers to enter appropriate account information
- Customer and Order Supports:
- Engage with customers and execute orders based on customer needs and program’s requirement
- Interact with Sensitech products and assist with customer inquiries
- Professional Service monthly billings
- Phone support – field inbound calls regarding customer inquiries and orders
- Collaborate with Supply Chain/Inventory, Programming, Shipping, and Finance departments to ensure on-time deliveries
- Other projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields
- 3.0 or higher GPA
- Applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
