As a Field Support Specialist - Billing, you will be primarily responsible for handling billing processes related to North America Field Service. Teamwork is essential for creating and extending invoices to our customers for the work our field and branch offices perform.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute customer billing tasks, initiating with the completion/closure of the service order and extending through invoice delivery to the customer
Address corrections and customer disputes as needed, providing regular updates to the customer
Support collection actions as required
Deliver to established performance metrics
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the billing process
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of work experience in a business environment
1+ years’ experience in customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceMax, Salesforce, and SAP
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field
