About this role
The SIOP COE Strategy Leader will be instrumental in guiding the development, implementation, and evolution of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills to steer SIOP practices towards maximizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
SIOP Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the creation, execution, and refinement of the SIOP strategy and roadmap, ensuring initiatives are on track and aligned with the overall business objectives
Inventory Strategy: Collaborate with the Inventory Control Tower leadership team to evaluate and develop the best inventory management strategy for each business unit
Continuous Improvement: Analyze current SIOP processes and identify opportunities for improvement, scalability, and growth
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders, SIOP BU leaders, sales, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure SIOP strategies are well-understood and supported
Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to drive decisions, identify trends, and foresee potential issues
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new SIOP processes and tools
Communications: Lead the development of the SIOP Monthly Operational Review meetings materials in collaboration with the SIOP leadership. Manage internal stakeholder communications and materials
Tool Management: Evaluate SIOP solution and tool ecosystem, ensuring it meets the long term strategy for the SIOP process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of experience in Operations Consulting, SIOP, or Supply Chain
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Strong analytical , problem solving and project management skills
Proven experience in leading cross-functional, large-scale initiatives.
Expertise in SIOP tools, Inventory Strategy and forecasting methodologies.
Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
