About this role
Associates will work with the Supply Chain and Engineering teams to identify and drive productivity projects. Projects will include cost-out opportunities, engineering redesigns, supplier consolidations, part number consolidations, spend optimizations, and others.
- Utilize existing data to drive supplier and part spend optimizations
- Work with Engineering to drive completion of Schedule B productivity projects
- Develop dashboards and trackers utilizing Excel and Power BI
- Project manage timelines and task handoffs between cross-functional teams on complex projects
- Interface with other Business Unit productivity teams for standardization and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business with a minor in supply chain, or related field
- 3.0 or higher GPA
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of refrigeration products (preferred but not required)
- Ability to solve challenging and complex customer requests
- Knowledgeable in data mining, Power BI, pivot tables
