The Global CHVAC Service Agreement Analyst will be responsible for providing reporting & analytical capabilities to support the CHVAC Service and Aftermarket organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the management of Global SA KPIs and the Commercial HVAC dashboard to provide insight to leadership and the regions on Service Agreement performance.
Service Agreement portfolio management data analysis and activities; supporting customer segmentation, tiered pricing strategy, and go-to-market strategies.
Produces monthly standardized management reporting packages on important metrics from a variety of dimensions and levels of aggregation.
Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for service agreements and growth of recurring revenue including digital and XaaS solutions.
Analyzes service agreement related data associated with the acquisition and retention of service agreements globally; including, renewal, conversion, and capture metrics to support regional and global goal attainment.
Provides a wide variety of ad hoc support for service agreement and systems management; include sophisticated modeling and expertly packaged presentations.
Actively participate in strategic analysis with service growth and product management, including providing insight and making recommendations on improvements to business processes, efficiency, and growth initiatives.
Proactively data mine and provide analysis on service agreement and sales activities, marketing campaigns, product development initiatives, customer segmentation, etc. to provide service management with insightful & impactful information.
Assists in marketing, product management and sales territory, and sales force sizing exercises, including the aggregation of data from a variety of disparate sources & systems into databases and models for data-driven decision making.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support adoption of Global Service KPI (Pbi) dashboard
Update KPI inventory list with changes/ adds
Manage enhancement requests, support issue resolution and questions on dashboards, manage access to permissions, master mapping file and work stream data validation errors monthly (Pbi)
Develop business cases for future KPI automation phases
Update CHVAC KPI tracker monthly
Support data quality improvement actions for SFDC/ SMAX
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data/Analytics or IT
5+ years of business and/or sales analytics experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs.
Validated knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceMax, and other CRMs and databases.
Experience in change management, leading transformation, and scaling for a global organization.
Strong organizational and social skills enable working and collaborating across internal functions and partners.
Understanding/ experience with SAP/ S4 HANA
Understanding/ experience with PowerBI and Tableau
