This second-shift position has the potential for overtime and weekend hours as needed. The scheduled hours are 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM. Flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
  • Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.
  • Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of workstations and assist with the entire department's housekeeping.
  • High personal standards for productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to assemble components using various hand and power tools according to specifications.
  • Ability to read blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to operate various shop tools including power and manually operated wrenches.
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly.
