About this role:
Dedicated and experienced Final Inspector. The successful candidate will be crucial in driving Carrier Excellence initiatives hands-on on the production floor. This includes recording information and driving improvements to processes as a result of final inspections at shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect all sales orders for completeness and accuracy, including but not limited to, spec note labels, properly programmed units, and correct packaging.
- Drive Carrier Excellence initiatives hands-on on the production floor.
- Record information and drive improvements to processes based on final inspections at shipping.
- Handle goods processed for customers to ensure quality standards are met and orders conform to customer expectations.
- Prepare all Orders for final shipment.
- Ensure all Special Shipment documents (OSRs and PKGs) are provided as needed.
- Work with the Programmers and Stock room to address any Order inaccuracies.
- Ensure all lines are prepared before shipping.
- Check backlog daily to ensure all orders have shipped.
- Maintain a clean and organized 5S work environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of IATA requirements is preferred.
- Maintain a clean working area/environment.
- Able to work with a cross-functional team and work as a team player.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or a Degree in Business Operations or Quality.
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office Products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to evaluate device configurable information with great attention to detail.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in international shipping and materials management a plus
- Able to lift, bend, push and pull up to 40lbs,
