This is a second-shift position with the potential for overtime and weekend hours as needed. The scheduled hours are 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM. Flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
- Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.
- Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.
- Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.
- High personal standards with regard to productivity, quality, and safety.
- Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to assemble components using various hand and power tools according to specifications.
- Ability to read blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to operate various shop tools including power and manually operated wrenches.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly.
