About this role

The Parts Coordinator role is to assist team members on ordering materials and parts needed for all job types helping for job progress and customer satisfaction. This role is also responsible for but not limited to: researching/locating part numbers as needed, creating PO's, providing shipping information and tracking, updating job status of life cycle changes, maintaining vendor set up and working with the entire team to provide exceptional customer service achieving goals created for our office and zone. The ability to move through a fast pace environment is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and create PO's in SAP/S4 Hanna system for parts orders and vendors/sub-contractors
• Responsible for maintaining vendor set up and agreements
• Update job life cycle status in Salesforce providing information on: parts needed, parts ordered, and need to schedule
• Manage DART system to ensure vendors invoicing is properly addressed
• Utilize PIC system to locate correct parts needed per equipment number provided, effectively ordering the correct parts needed on the correct jobs.
• Manage in office order

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED 
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 6+ months of experience supporting customers via telephone and email
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Clean and valid driver’s license

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

• Experience in the HVAC industry
• Experience scheduling workforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
