Role Purpose:
- Gain practical experience about manufacturing operations
- Gain technical knowledge of applied engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Understand project management scope, timing, and budget
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist Manufacturing Engineering Department with projects that improve capacity, capability, safety, or reduce costs.
- Learn technical of high speed induction tube welding.
- Generate, propose, and plan process enhancement opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree (or Higher) in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering.
- GPA must be greater than or equal to a 3.0 GPA
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic.
- Competent verbal and written communicator.
- Able to balance multiple concurrent priorities.
- Aptitude for problem solving.
- Competent with Design/CAD software.
