About this role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Industrial Engineer to optimize our warehouse operations and support our SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, warehouse management, and SAP software, ensuring efficient and effective processes across our supply chain.

Role Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Optimization: Analyze and improve warehouse layout, processes, and workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• SAP Integration: Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to integrate SAP software into warehouse operations, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor warehouse performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance productivity.
• Project Management: Lead and participate in warehouse improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to warehouse staff on SAP system usage and best practices for warehouse operations.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years industrial engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with Solid Works, AutoCAD, SAP, LeanDNA, PowerBI, Windchill, and LabView   do you want them to have all of these as required?
