About this role
Entry-level Project Management professional. Participates in the management of the daily coordination of projects requirements, and may be responsible for estimating project costs, gathering and analyzing data, preparing progress reports, coordinating project tasks with various functional organizations, and identifying project problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Participates in the management of projects, responsibilities include maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements to ensure that all action item lists are completed and project quality expectations are met.
Participates in estimating costs, resources, and time required to complete projects.
Gather data to monitor projects' progress in terms of cost, schedule and technical specifications.
Prepares plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s) to ensure that established targets are met.
May identify and escalate project problems and supports resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Partners with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Associates Degree or Technical Trade School
2+ years of experience in HVAC or Construction Supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Familiarity with project management software.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems, construction processes, or related technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Experience in project and construction environments is preferred.
