Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean returned equipment to like-new condition by wiping, removing labels and/or adhesive and replacing small parts

  • Charge internal and external recycle batteries

  • Conduct battery check by measuring voltage and measuring PCB board functionality using a milliohm meter

  • Ensure that products are processed per the applicable Quality Procedure

  • Mandatory overtime and weekend hours are frequent and may be assigned as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 6+ months of experience in electronic manufacturing with Carrier

  • 6+ months familiar with Production Workflow and Quality Standards

  • Ability to read blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments

  • Capable of climbing ladders and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
