Job Summary 

We’re seeking a Sr. Mgr., Incident Response & Intelligence to join our Incident Response team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional with strong communication and research capabilities to make a meaningful impact in a global enterprise.

In this role, you’ll translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable communications, help manage key vendor relationships, coordinate with our Project Management Office, perform threat intelligence analysis, and support executive-level engagement. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, professional writing, project coordination, and strategic awareness, all within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

You’ll work alongside top talent, gain international experience, and help shape the future of cybersecurity communications and external engagement. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and manage all formal written communications for the incident response team, including executive briefings, stakeholder updates, reports, and knowledge artifacts. 

  • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts, technical risks, and operational updates into concise, business-relevant communications. 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the incident response team and the Cybersecurity Project Management Office, supporting the planning, tracking, and execution of key initiatives. 

  • Conduct targeted threat research and intelligence analysis in support of the Incident Response Team, including identifying relevant adversary tactics, tools, and indicators 

  • Contribute to the development of incident reports (e.g. after-action reports, timelines, and threat narratives during and following security incidents).  

  • Coordinate with global vendors, including managed security service providers (MSSPs), to monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and ensure service quality. 

  • Support engagement with executive and senior leadership by preparing talking points, meeting materials, and strategic messaging. 

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support program and team efficiency, including documentation, task tracking, and knowledge management. 

  • Collaborate across international teams and function effectively in a multicultural business environment. 

  • Represent the Cybersecurity function in external meetings and partner engagements, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence. 

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Journalism, International Administration or Business Administration AND a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a communications, administration, research, or cybersecurity-related role OR Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Project Management, Communications, International Administration, Business Administration, or Intelligence Disciplines AND a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a communications, administration, research, or cybersecurity-related role

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Demonstrated experience working in or supporting technical environments such as IT, cybersecurity, or digital operations. 

  • Experience supporting or coordinating with executive and C-suite stakeholders. 

  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) and experience collaborating with PMOs. 

  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and tracking contract performance. 

  • Proficiency in business writing, brief development, and verbal communications. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Business Tools; Word, excel, Power Point. 

  • Experience in journalism, academic research, or strategic communications. 

  • Multilingual proficiency or demonstrated cross-cultural communication capabilities. 

  • Familiarity with intelligence production cycles, threat analysis, or geopolitical risk reporting. 

  • Experience managing international vendors or working closely with MSSPs—especially those based in India. 

  • Ability to represent the Cybersecurity team and company brand with professionalism and credibility in external partnerships. 

  • Experience supporting administrative processes, knowledge management, or documentation workflows. 

  • Additional certifications: GIAC Certified Incident Handler, SANS GCIH, or related cybersecurity certifications.
