Job Description:

The Business Enablement Lead plays a crucial role in driving business performance by ensuring that operations, processes, and teams are aligned with strategic goals. This position involves overseeing a range of activities designed to enhance efficiency, facilitate growth, and optimize resource utilization. The supervisor will collaborate closely with various departments to implement best practices, provide guidance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day business operations ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work with senior management to align departmental goals with overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage key projects designed to drive business growth and improvement. Ensure that these projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and systems. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of business enablement professionals. Provide training, support, and guidance to ensure team members are equipped to achieve their goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact between the business enablement team and other departments. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor performance metrics to track progress against goals. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to business operations and develop mitigation strategies to address these risks.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal use of resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to achieve business enablement objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of operations, accounting, or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
  • 5+ years of Carrier Systems experience.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.
  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices.
  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) as well as other financial software.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to train, guide, and lead a team as needed
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
