ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Carrier is looking for a finance professional with a proven track record of excellence to join the Corporate FP&A team. The role will be a key team member ensuring best in class Financial Planning & Analysis standards and processes cash flow. Help the World Headquarters senior finance management team drive Company cash flow improvement.  Oversight HQ related to entities’ financial performance and improving the results through actionable management. This position requires a deep understanding of financial processes and systems, clear communication skills and capable of aligning finance strategies with overall business objectives. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Oversee free cash flow and capital deployment processes and execution across the company with the respective stakeholders
  • Develops standardized process and cash models globally to improve cash flow short, mid and long-range planning / forecasting accuracy.
  • Drives free cash flow improvement, working capital and capital deployment. Strong partnership with Business, Operations and Treasury organizations
  • Oversights World Headquarter Entities Financial performance. Be the finance business partner of WHQ functions to deliver forecasts, monitor budget and simplify forecast and reporting process.
  • Support Sr. Director of Corp FP&A on financial activities, including financial analysis, insight, research, and forecasts to support financial goals and strategic decisions of the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance

Preferred QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in setting up processes in a dynamic environment via simplification and automation.
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite and Financial Management systems (HFM)
  • Attention to accuracy and execution is a must with demonstrated strong analytical, process mindset, problem solving, and insight acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across all levels, function, segments, and business units.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Expertise in aligning finance functions with broader business goals, ensuring that transformation initiatives drive tangible improvements in efficiency, cost savings, and strategic decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge across multiple facets of the Finance function e.g. FP&A, Controllership, Shared Services, etc.
  • Strong collaboration, conflict resolution, and communication skills, especially in complex organizational settings.
