About This Role:

This position is for a Product Registration Analyst who is under general supervision. Responsible for answering basic customer inquires on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders and maintaining records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. May assist in orienting, training and assigning the work of technical/business support employees.

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound calls and cases, addressing customer inquiries, or requests

  • Provide support to our Distributor Network

  • Assisting with creating, reviewing, and updating standard work documentation

  • Provide customers with their warranty information

  • Provide accurate information regarding our products and company policies.

  • Document customer interactions in our database and maintain up-to-date records

  • Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary

  • Follow call scripts and processes while adapting to each customer's needs

  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and departments to provide solutions to customer problems


 

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma OR GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (ServiceBench and Salesforce Preferred)
