About this Role

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented college student to join our team for the summer of 2026. The Carrier Co-op experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience, and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy. 

Role Requirements:

Work alongside seasoned quality engineering professionals to solve real-world challenges in quality, manufacturing, and product development. To gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact. Our co-op engineers bring fresh perspectives and technical rigor to our operations. They support Lean initiatives, drive process improvements, and help us stay competitive. Investing in co-op talent strengthens our pipeline and builds the next generation of Carrier leaders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program, majoring in Industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering, Engineering management or related field of study
  • GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
