About this role

Sensitech is currently seeking a Shipping Associate to join our team in Redmond, WA. The Shipping Associate is required to work onsite role and takes responsible for ensuring all customer orders are shipped accurately, completely, and on time, in accordance with Sensitech’s policies and procedures. The Shipping Associate inspects and verifies all outgoing shipments, ensuring completeness of sales orders—including packing lists, certificates, specification labels, properly programmed units, and correct packaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate freight pickups, i.e. international shipments, ensure timely delivery
  • Process customer orders through virtual and manual shipment methods
  • Verify shipment accuracy, ensure all items and quantities are correct
  • Monitor daily backlog and perform end-of-day closing procedures
  • Enter late orders into the ERP system and manage shipping exceptions (“turnbacks”/escapes)
  • Communicate shipping concerns with leads or supervisors
  • Read and follow operational procedures accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Perform assigned tasks from start to finish and support other departments as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • 5 + months experience in shipping or material handling
  • Must be able to lift, bend, push and pull up to 50 lbs

  • Comply with Carrier Safety standard protocol
  • Collaborate and work with other team members
