Key Responsibilities:
- Performing measurements of electric power and energy, temperature, humidity, liquid or gas flow rates, pressure, and other parameters at customer sites
- Collect data from BAS systems both on-site and remotely
- Monitoring and evaluate ECM performance, including:
- Review of metered data, utility bills, and BAS data
- Identifying and prioritizing potential performance issues
- Evaluating the potential impact of performance issues
- Performing and/or coordinating on-site inspections to:
- Review the customer’s experience with the installed ECMs
- Verify that the equipment installed by NORESCO is:
- In good condition
- Operating as intended, and
- Capable of generating the expected savings
- Review O&M records to ensure that the equipment has been properly maintained
- Calculating verified savings in accordance with the M&V plan, including:
- Evaluating actual and contract utility rates
- Development of baseline adjustments for
- Reconciliation of verified and guaranteed savings
- Preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Working with customers to resolve ECM performance issues
- Compiling historical ECM and project performance data
Required Qualifications:
- Travel up to 25% required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eQuest
- Experience with energy savings calculations
- Experience with FEMP and IPMVP
- Experience with Python
