Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing and optimizing material flow and storage within the warehouse.

  • Support layout planning and implementation of lean manufacturing principles.

  • Collect and analyze data on inventory accuracy, space utilization, and material handling efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in warehouse operations.

  • Participate in development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Help implement digital tools or systems for tracking materials and improving visibility.

  • Conduct time studies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Purpose:

  • To support the manufacturing engineering team in improving warehouse operations through data-driven analysis, process optimization, and hands-on project work.

  • To gain practical experience in material handling, logistics, and lean manufacturing within a dynamic production environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any engineering field.

  • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Self-driven and proactive

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
