Role Responsibilities:
Assist in process improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Support design and implementation of manufacturing fixtures, tools, and equipment.
Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
Help develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
