What you’ll do: 

As a Foreman, you understand the importance of providing expert and quality service. We are looking for an individual who has:  

• Coach, mentor and train OEM service technicians 

• Understand the processes and procedures for major repairs to systems found in commercial HVAC facilities 

• Understand air side systems, including constant volume, VAV systems. 

• Understand water side systems including hot water, chilled water, and condenser water, etc. 

• Ensure compliance with City, State, and EPA regulations by maintaining detailed maintenance records 

• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment 

• Collaborate with management to support safety and operational standards 

• Consult with customers regarding resolution of HVAC issues 

• Provide technical assistance to Sales, Service Coordination and Technicians 

• Assist crew in setting and obtaining goals and training 

• Perform normal Journeyman HVAC activities and additional tasks as assigned 

• Partner with service manager in planning, assigning, and directing work 

• Assist service team to execute maintenance on time and repairs within performance standards. 

• Assist market team with replacement and retrofit projects

Required Qualifications: 

As a Foreman, you understand the importance of providing expert service and quality. We are looking for an individual who has: 

• 8+ years practical working experience in the Commercial HVAC Industry 

• Ability to Push / Pull / Lift 50lbs 

• Must be able to stand, crawl, sit, squat of extended period of time, climb a ladder, and the ability to work on rooftop 

• High School Diploma/GED 

• Possess and maintain valid and current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Other experience and qualities you may have that would be beneficial in this role include: 

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 

• Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines. 

• Experience with Automated Logic and Phoenix software to include: WebCtrl, SiteBuilder, ViewBuilder, LogicBuilder, InterOp 3.02, Alert, Draw, EDB, Eikon, Supervision, and Accel Works.

The hourly rate for this position is between $42.68 - $69.14 per hour.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
