About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join the Data Center & Mega Project leadership team. In this new organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional value streams to deliver complex solutions to Data Center and Industrial customers. You will drive an integrated, seamless customer experience across Aftermarket, Operations, Engineering, Business Operations and support functions to enable growth through flawless execution. You will be responsible for building your direct team from the ground up and will partner with business and functional leaders in developing the most effective operating rhythms.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a passion for customer interaction, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in leading large scale, cross-functional teams or programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead dedicated Client leadership team to ensure proper planning and execution of complete line of business by identifying risks and issues, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate with business and functional executive leadership and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and success criteria.

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional data center teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring on time delivery, within scope, and within budget.

  • Host program performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of long-term agreements and achievement of financial targets.

  • Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, workflows, and overall business performance.

  • Partner with sales in developing strong, lasting customer relationships and identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand share of wallet with existing customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years’ experience in direct or indirect leadership roles in operations, sales, aftermarket, strategy, or general management

  • Ability to travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or other advanced degree

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and/or learning agility

  • Passion for serving customers. Ability to listen to customer needs and quickly act to solve their problems, provide quality solutions, and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations

  • Strong ability to lead and develop diverse, cross-functional project teams to achieve high levels of performance in a dynamic, changing environment.

  • Proven ability to lead large programs, executing with speed and exhibiting a bias for action

  • Proven ability to manage teams without formal authority through influence and relationships

  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format across a wide audience

  • Ability to quickly identify new and innovative ways to work faster and simpler.

  • Ability to think outside the box, innovate, take risks, and implement progressive, sustainable solutions

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.  

Pay Range 

The annual salary for this position is $178,750–$250,250.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
