About this role:
Use your operations and logistics skills to help us improve our operational performance across different manufacturing locations. Play a key role in our business’ success by facilitating superb client interactions and ensuring the accurate reporting of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order processing for:
- Customer orders
- Professional Service monthly billings
- intercompany PO drop shipment orders
- other non-customer initiated order requests
- Process ERP transactions to support Client Services team
- Execute non-customer facing support for the Client Services team
- Actively participate with other Client Communication Associates to establish processes and improve efficiency through ACE tools and responsible to take action accordingly
- Provide backup support as required
- Maintain & update CRM application
- Participate in department initiatives to improve efficiency
- Consistent communication with the appropriate departments (Client Services, Production, Shipping, Supply Chain, Professional Services)
- Liaise between Operations and Client Services
- Return Materials Authorization for post-sale services
- Complete projects with little supervision and/or direction
- Other tasks as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in the Operations, Logistics or Manufacturing.
- 1+ years of experience with ERP software (including CRM, Sales Order Entry, Credit Return modules and inventory/purchasing modules)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in customer relations
- Previous experience with data/order entry.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
