About this role:

Use your operations and logistics skills to help us improve our operational performance across different manufacturing locations. Play a key role in our business’ success by facilitating superb client interactions and ensuring the accurate reporting of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order processing for:
    • Customer orders
    • Professional Service monthly billings
    • intercompany PO drop shipment orders
    • other non-customer initiated order requests
  • Process ERP transactions to support Client Services team
  • Execute non-customer facing support for the Client Services team
  • Actively participate with other Client Communication Associates to establish processes and improve efficiency through ACE tools and responsible to take action accordingly
  • Provide backup support as required
  • Maintain & update CRM application
  • Participate in department initiatives to improve efficiency
  • Consistent communication with the appropriate departments (Client Services, Production, Shipping, Supply Chain, Professional Services)
  • Liaise between Operations and Client Services
  • Return Materials Authorization for post-sale services
  • Complete projects with little supervision and/or direction
  • Other tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in the Operations, Logistics or Manufacturing.
  • 1+ years of experience with ERP software (including CRM, Sales Order Entry, Credit Return modules and inventory/purchasing modules)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in customer relations
  • Previous experience with data/order entry.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
