About this Role

Entry-level Service Engineering professional responsible for developing product knowledge, maintaining effective communication with field team members, performing basic diagnostic procedures and conducting analysis to help resolve design/system related issues.

Will cover US and Canada

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages and maintains effective communication with field team members to understand individual support requirements.
  • Develops knowledge of products.
  • Performs basic diagnostic procedures and partners with repair technicians to resolve problems.
  • Analyzes information to help resolve design/system related problems.
  • May repair, install or design equipment, tools and products.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role.
  • 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to pass an MVR with a Clean and valid driver’s license 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or building HVAC.
  • Strong problem solving and planning skills.
  • Ability to read and understand scope of work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines.
  • A true team player who has the customer’s best interests first and foremost
