About This Role

The FP&A Manager is responsible for overseeing financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts. Responsible for preparing forecasts and performing financial modeling to develop and provide reports for functional or operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as preparation of action plans and recommendations around global ERP implementation.

  • Execute monthly and quarterly closing activities to deliver results for several projects and cost centers. This can include but is not limited to booking journal entries, performing account reconciliations, balance sheets, and P&L reviews.

  • Prepare various schedules and analyses to monitor project spending (~$150M). Providing immediate feedback to head of Digital and Finance on over/underspend.

  • Provide technical subject matter expertise to senior leaders.

  • Lead interpretation of complex financial reports and statistical analysis as well as the development of recommendations.

  • Lead processes to ensure that financial practices are conducted accurately and in compliance with regulations, laws, and standards.

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects. Direct support on key financial transactions and business decisions.

  • Analyze projects for costs, charging, and payback.

  • Special projects as needed.

  • Support FP&A’s automation and system transformation by working with various teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a finance or business field

  • 6 or more years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience setting up finance processes and improvement in a dynamic environment

  • Proven execution of large scale and complex global projects

  • Financial Management system experience (HFM, Anaplan, etc.)

  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, process mindset, problem-solving, and data acumen

  • Project Management experience

  • PMP Certification preferred

  • Attention to accuracy and execution is a must

  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent time management and project management skills

  • Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders

  • An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, investigate drivers, and figure out why things happen.

  • Understanding of digital focus in the industry and the issues and opportunities in areas such as technology, data, and business change.
