About This Role

The logistics engineer who will lead inventory control, analysis, and classification according to material management procedures to ensure effective logistics deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inventory control, analysis, and classification according to material management procedure to ensure effective logistics deployment
  • Ensure all materials are available where and when they are needed in accordance with safety regulations
  • Develop logistic metrics, internal analysis tools, or key performance indicators
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure efficient delivery of supplies and materials
  • Conduct research on new technologies related to shipping or logistics to identify potential applications within the company’s operations
  • Develop and implement long-term plans for improving efficiency in supply chains by identifying opportunities to reduce costs

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse and/or manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have experience in logistics and material flow engineering.
  • Have strong organizational, communication, partnership, and social skills.
  • Practice strong relationship skills with the ability to work across a broad range of job levels
  • Excellent analytical skills, including strong facility with quantitative analysis techniques
