About This Role 

We are seeking a Validation Software Engineer with technical expertise to set the strategy and standards for our test and validation engineering organization. This role combines advanced C# software architecture, electrical test system design, and platform-wide technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications used for hardware control, automated testing, data acquisition, and reporting, with a primary focus on C# development.
• Create, review, and troubleshoot electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and test systems to support product development and validation activities.
• Plan, execute, and document validation testing, including functional, environmental, reliability, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and provide recommendations for corrective actions and product improvements.
• Manage validation projects by coordinating schedules, resources, risks, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supplier teams to support successful product development and validation efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Software or an other engineering discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing software applications that interface with hardware, instrumentation, data acquisition systems, or embedded devices in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Proficiency in C# and familiarity with additional programming languages or development environments such as Python, LabVIEW, C++, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing software applications that interface with hardware, instrumentation, data acquisition systems, or embedded devices.
• Ability to create, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and test system documentation.
• Knowledge of test and validation methodologies, including test planning, execution, data analysis, and technical reporting.
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functional teams.
