We are seeking an experienced, motivated technical sales professional for our Warren, MI location to promote innovative solutions for current and potential customers across a large demographic area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment
Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer
Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management
Consult with customer for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects
Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service
Education / Certifications
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years relevant experience preferred
Experience/Qualifications
Must be self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to influence customer's key decision-makers
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Commercial Sales HVAC experience preferred
