Carrier is a world leading technology company in the field of heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions. We are hiring a talented Digital Technology Product Owner to join the Commercial HVAC division of Carrier’s North America DT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the business and extended DT team in defining and executing solutions across the North America Field and Rentals digital ecosystem.
Experienced Digital Product Management professional. Determines product features and functions, and oversees product development liaising with cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with DT professionals and Center of Excellence teams within the company to ensure alignment on solution, standards, resources, and budget for project execution as well as achieving operational excellence
- Review, evaluate, propose DT solutions to simplify and standardize field and rental operation processes, enhance customer & employee experiences, drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and digital innovation and mitigate compliance and cybersecurity risks
- Assess data quality improvement opportunities; organize, prioritize, and lead initiatives to mistake proof and remediate application data issues
- Assist global CHVAC DT/COE teams for global project executions, provide input on regional solution/process gaps
- Manage suppliers in terms of service level fulfillment, development, deployment and operation support; consolidate support metrics into a single view for tracking and monitoring supplier performance
- Support the business by resolving escalated technology related operational issues associated with systems and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience related to IT management activities which involved in project planning and implementation, change management, and operations
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in major FSM (Servicemax) applications, and general knowledge working with major ERP (SAP) and CRM (SFDC) applications
- 3+ years of proven experience in management of outsourced vendors during project implementation, system integration and support

- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals

- Strong understanding of project management principles and project management skills such as agile methodologies
- Ability to handle several projects at a given time
