About this role
The Senior Program Manager, Cost Out will manage productivity reporting within the supply chain strategy across the Fire & Security division at Carrier. This position will manage a small team and report to the Executive Director of Sourcing for Fire & Security.

Utilize problem solving skills and insistently attack issues facing the business
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in supply chain
3+ years of experience in supply chain program management
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Ability to lead and influence
Understand the corporate and global business environment
Professional presence and ability to effectively communicate
Ability to work on complex problems in a nebulous environment
Engage with program team daily and provide solutions to potential risks
Relentless drive to overachieve, outstanding team player, strategic vision with ability to execute
Full market knowledge, trends, new technology
Best-in-class supplier engagement and program management
Outstanding teamwork with program office, category team, operations, commercial, quality, engineering, and finance
