Carrier is seeing an experienced Total Rewards professional, overseeing Total Rewards Programs and processes. Responsible for modifying and implementing policies and procedures to enhance program delivery and performance.
About this role
The Total Rewards professional will be in charge of successfully planning, executing, and delivering one or more concurrent medium/large projects, and contribute to the definition, build, and implementation of enhancements of HR Practices, with a key focus on cost and efficiency aligned to business objectives. You will own and drive the entire project cycle from initial conception, initiation through design, test, and rollout.
Focus is on planning; ensuring a rational schedule of work is defined and controlled, that resources/roles are aligned, and that high-quality results are achieved
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages projects and processes related to Total Rewards programs for an assigned area, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, timely, and compliantly.
- Develops metrics and goals for Total Rewards program management.
- Prepares presentations and documentation for leadership on the structure of Total Rewards programs and processes.
- Develops procedures for analysis of spending and effectiveness data to assess Total Rewards programs
- Addresses complex questions from employees and other HR professionals.
- Manages the maintenance of Total Rewards program data in HR Information Systems.
- May liaise with vendors, ensuring Total Rewards programs within an assigned area are delivered effectively, efficiently, and within an established budget.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 + years of experience in Human Resources/Total Rewards
- 5 + years of project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proven experience and expertise in HR or Project Management within an intense fast-paced customer driven environment
- Proven hands-on experience in managing complex projects in an international and/or matrix environment with involvement in both, design, and implementation
- Experience leading and influencing international project teams to deliver results
- Working knowledge of project management principles, rules, systems, and tools with experience supporting improvement activity and workshops through consulting, coaching, training, and facilitation as required in a customer-centric environment
- Working knowledge of key HR concepts and processes, trends in HR technology, architecture, and operating models as well as the Global and country-specific legislative context into which HR is embedded
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Advanced Excel and numerical skills, being able to work with large datasets, extract relevant metrics and evaluate and analyze data succinctly
- Self-starter, strong drive, a bias for action, and result oriented with the ability and confidence to create structure in an ambiguous environment
- Experience with Jira or ServiceNow Project Management tools an advantage
- Merger & Acquisition experience is an advantage
