About This Role
We are searching for an Inside Sales Support Analyst to join our team in Athens, GA!
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking team player to ensure that we meet and exceed our customers’ needs. The Inside Sales Support Analyst position will be a major contributor to the management of National Accounts orders and inquiries and for the research and analysis of the transportation industry. This position will help effectively serve our internal and external customer base.
Key National Account Responsibilities
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to emails, phone calls and other inquiries from sales team, dealers, customers, and OEMs.
Receive and book national account purchase orders, send credit notices to dealers, resolve customer inquiries regarding shortages, backorders, freight damages, ship dates, shipment tracking and invoice discrepancies. Handle OEM requests regarding product deliveries, matching vehicle numbers to shipments and serial numbers and any other requests. Support National Account managers on orders, pricing, warranty, revisions, and other miscellaneous requests.
Address customer needs and provide administrative support to the National Account managers.
Key Analyst Responsibilities
Research transportation industry and gather / analyze data from different sources to update key industry indicators and distribute information to management.
Attend transportation industry seminars / webinars and handle subscriptions and invoices.
Analyze business data and summarize for management.
Other Responsibilities
Review, post and distribute bulletins for dealers and internal personnel using Salesforce.
Help boost sales and customer satisfaction by working with sales, product management and factory teams to coordinate and possibly attend customer (VIP) visits to the factory. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing calendar, confirming attendees, ordering food / supplies and posting information to monitors.
Perform functions such as paying vendor invoices, answering vendor questions, setting up vendors in payment system and entering credit requests.
Manage customer information process by getting approval and entering tickets for ID / password requests and access issues.
Possibly assist Marketing Manager with meeting planning, registration, and events.
Interface regularly with other internal departments to resolve issues and answer questions.
Participate in departmental continuous improvement activities.
10% travel.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
5+ years of customer service, sales support or data analytics experience.
5 years of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid Driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent time management, analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
Some knowledge of the transportation industry.
Ability to communicate and resolve problems effectively.
Salesforce and JDE knowledge.
