Key Responsibilities

  • Responds to customer calls, develops appropriate documentation and response plan for resolution of issues and sends issue to appropriate level to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Uses technical knowledge to troubleshoot basic customer issues.
  • Performs data mining, gathers, and analyzes data to improve efficiency in products and technical services.
  • May resolve customer problems in a technical call center/service center environment or through customer escalation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of experience working with commercial HVAC products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Design bill of materials structure purchased parts specifications procedures and bill of material structure development.
  • Knowledge of software packages such as Windchill, Adobe Illustrator, Sales Force, and Corel Designer
  • Ability to demonstrate intermediate Word and Excel skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities.
