Key Responsibilities
- Responds to customer calls, develops appropriate documentation and response plan for resolution of issues and sends issue to appropriate level to satisfy customer requirements.
- Uses technical knowledge to troubleshoot basic customer issues.
- Performs data mining, gathers, and analyzes data to improve efficiency in products and technical services.
- May resolve customer problems in a technical call center/service center environment or through customer escalation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of experience working with commercial HVAC products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Design bill of materials structure purchased parts specifications procedures and bill of material structure development.
- Knowledge of software packages such as Windchill, Adobe Illustrator, Sales Force, and Corel Designer
- Ability to demonstrate intermediate Word and Excel skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities.
